It all started in 1990 on the East Cape — around Vinorama, Punta Perfecta, and Los Frailes. We camped on the beach for a month, and during that trip, my family secured our first lot. We drove down from San Diego.

We’d make trips into town to catch the NBA Finals at the old Tropicana — simple times, but unforgettable. From that moment on, I was hooked.

To this day, the natural beauty, untouched beaches, and raw environment are just as incredible as they were back then.
